Enterprise Endpoint Management Specialist

Our team is looking for a seasoned Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead our endpoint management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with at least 8 years of experience working in an enterprise environment or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operation of various endpoint management tools, including Windows Autopilot, Intune, Application control, Scripting and automation, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Microsoft Graph API.
In addition to managing endpoint management tools, the candidate will also work closely with internal engineering teams to ensure smooth operation of on-prem components. This will include collaborating with Central ICT Infra teams to operate the above platforms.
The chosen candidate will also oversee a team of Ops Engineers to manage change, release, incident, and problem management processes. Timely handling of requests and queries is crucial, as well as leading incident response and recovery by analyzing root cause and submitting RCA reports.
To excel in this role, the candidate must drive improvement in operation effectiveness by implementing monitoring and alerting tools. Documenting requirements and specifications to address needs for all Public Service agencies is also essential.
