Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Security Specialist to lead our vulnerability management initiatives. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely remediation and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. • Lead vulnerability management initiatives across enterprise endpoints, ensuring timely remediation and compliance with security standards.
  2. Deploy security patches and remediation packages, reducing exposure to known threats.
  3. Manage and optimize device configurations for precise targeting and efficient patch deployment.
  4. Analyze vulnerabilities and propose tailored remediation strategies, improving resolution times and reducing risk.
  5. Collaborate with security teams to align remediation efforts with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  6. Monitor remediation progress and generate reports to track compliance and effectiveness of vulnerability mitigation.
  7. Provide advanced support for endpoint security issues, including troubleshooting of patch failures and system anomalies.
  8. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring vulnerabilities and recommend long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  9. Enhance endpoint hardening by implementing configuration baselines and security controls.
  10. Automate software deployment processes to accelerate delivery and reduce human error.

We require:

  1. • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in endpoint security management, with a focus on vulnerability management and patch deployment.
  3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar endpoint management tools.
  4. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or VBA for automation.
  5. Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure and Amazon AWS.
  6. Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as CIS benchmarks.
  7. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security.
  8. Experience with Active Directory administration and Group Policy management.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
