Beauty Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our sales team as a Beauty Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our extensive range of skincare and makeup products to customers. This includes conducting product demos, achieving sales and customer service targets, managing stock levels, POS sales entry, and maintaining product display and visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote skincare and makeup products at the counter
  • Conduct product demos for walk-in customers
  • Achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage stock levels, POS sales entry, and housekeeping
  • Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year retail sales experience (beauty preferred)
  • Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Benefits:

We offer a competitive package including:

  • A minimum commission of $300 per month
  • An additional $200 allowance per month
  • A mid-year payout equivalent to up to 1.5 months' salary
