The role of an Internal Audit and Compliance Specialist is to ensure that our organization's integrated management system certifications are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for remediation.
  • Collaborate with site managers and ISO coordinators to maintain high standards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain audit schedules, ensuring timely completion of audits and submission of reports.
  • Provide training and support to employees on ISO procedures and standards.
  • Review and update ISO manual documents as necessary.
  • Coordinate employee training functions, including application and feedback processes.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Possess an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course Certificate.
  • Able to handle external and internal audits individually.
  • Skilled in controlling and updating ISO documents, such as Quality Procedures and Objectives.
  • Experienced in coordinating and conducting ISO meetings.
  • Ability to multitask, use initiative, and work well under pressure or deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Able to deliver presentations.
  • Proficient in English.
