Occupational Therapist Job Summary">

You will be responsible for conducting assessments to set rehabilitation goals and planning intervention programs. This role involves working with individuals and groups to improve functional ability, as well as producing reports for discharge planning.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and multi-agencies to ensure continuity of care and community integration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, which is registrable with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore. For the Principal Occupational Therapist position, we prefer candidates with 12 years of clinical experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.

We are looking for someone who is competent in using different therapeutic modalities in mental health group work and has relevant work experience in this area. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively with multiple agencies and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Competent in using different therapeutic modalities in mental health group work
  • Relevant work experience in mental health
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisational and teamwork skills
  • Able to work well independently
