Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Associate Video Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging video content that aligns with our brand objectives. This is a hybrid on-site role that requires close collaboration with the wider design team to achieve creative excellence from concept to completion.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in crafting storyboards and mood boards with strong storytelling components. The Associate Video Producer will work closely with the Senior Art Director to create fun and engaging video content for our products.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in video production and photography for social media and owned site platforms, as well as proficiency in video editing software and post-production techniques.

Maintenance of quality standards, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential aspects of this role.

In addition, the Associate Video Producer will conduct content trend research to create fresh and engaging content to improve our brand presence in the realm of collectibles.

Responsibilities
Video Production and Photography
  • Assist in planning and executing video projects from pre-production through to post-production and go-live on owned website, social media platforms
  • Develop video concepts that align with brand and marketing strategies
  • Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
  • Edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements as needed
  • Capture high-quality photographs for use in various marketing materials and social media
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior experience in video production and photography for social media and owned site platforms
  • Proficiency in video editing software and post-production techniques
  • Experience with cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software would be a plus
  • Strong storytelling and creative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
