  • Collaborating with journalists in the wider newsroom and cross-functional teams ","
  • Managing and publishing videos on video platforms ","
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest news, audience, and content trends ","
  • Engaging with our team's video analytics to shape editorial content
","Requirements:","
  • Relevant degree in Video Production, Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any relevant fields ","
  • At least five years of relevant experience ","
  • Well-organised and a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects and leading others ","
  • Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others ","
  • Ability to write and produce video packages ","
  • Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment ","
  • Experience in social media platforms and video publishing systems ","
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro ","
  • Experience with producing live and studio programmes is an advantage ","
  • Ability to present and do voice-overs is an advantage ","
  • Knowledge of the importance of production set-up, lighting, filming to be able to direct team members
