This role involves supporting the recruitment process, pre-onboarding arrangements, and various administrative duties. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum Diploma in HR or Business Administration.

About You
  • A Diploma in HR or Business Administration is required; a degree is preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent communication, written, organisational, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • You should be detail-oriented and have an initiative for problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in Human Resource is preferable but not necessary.
