Job Title:

Quality Assurance and Control Specialist


Job Description

Maintain and implement quality programs for activities within the organization to meet set quality objectives and goals.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements by liaising with customers, suppliers, partners, and relevant bodies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Hold a degree or diploma in engineering, preferably electrical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in the railway industry.

Have expertise in handling rail electromechanical system quality assurance.

Possess strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese, as frequent travel to China is expected.


Benefits

Plan and implement quality control inspections within the organization.

Schedule and perform quality audits on the organization's quality program at both QMS and project levels.


Others

Identify and record problems related to products, processes, and quality systems.

Initiate action to prevent nonconformities and recommend solutions through designated channels.

Verify the implementation of solutions to product and process quality issues.

Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until identified nonconformities are corrected.
