Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time role that requires remote administrative support, coordination between departments, and excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Google Calendar, Airtable, and Slack, as well as strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication.

This role involves managing schedules and appointments, supporting administrative tasks, and providing customer service via phone and email. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and appointments using Google Calendar
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry in Airtable
  • Responsible in importing eventbrite bookings to our CRM and G-Cal, help out customer service on scheduling/rescheduling
  • Provide customer service via phone and email
  • Facilitate team communication through Slack
  • Assist in project coordination and task tracking

Requirements
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Calendar, and Slack
  • Previous admin or customer service experience required, preferably in the education industry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones
  • Must be available to support weekends

Working Hours

This part-time role is available for:

Wednesdays: 9:30am - 6:30pm (SGT)

Thursdays: 9:30am - 6:30pm (SGT)

Friday: 12:30pm - 9:30pm (SGT)

Saturdays: 12:30pm - 9:30pm (SGT)

Sundays: 9:30am - 6:30pm (SGT)


Salary Range

$800 - $1,000 SGD per month
