Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AIR TECH ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the daily operation of our M&E services, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and upkeep of our estate's common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist in daily operation of M&E services, including maintenance schedules and inspections
  • Perform weekly checks on M&E systems and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Maintain a proper stock control for mechanical and electrical accessories and materials
  • Respond to ad-hoc complaints and attend to emergency calls
  • Ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance with service contracts
  • Attend to other job functions related to M&E issues as assigned
  • Carry out minor repairs and handyman jobs, such as fixture repair and touch-up painting
Requirements
  • GCE O Level / NTC 2/3 or Nitec / HigherNitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Building
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
