About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of compliance strategies and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and product development processes.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product roadmap that ensures our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks to ensure our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes and monitor industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into product planning and development processes.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of product management experience; experience designing and building compliance KYC systems or other compliance systems would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the risks and compliance in the crypto industry.
