- Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts for storage-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure storage systems adhere to security standards, audits and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support business requirements.
- Vendor and Technology Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with storage vendors and recommend upgrades or new technologies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for storage configurations, procedures and standards.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
- Good experience in enterprise backup solutions design and operations.
- In-depth knowledge of security, risk and compliance frameworks.
