Senior Culinary Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Culinary Director to lead our back-of-house operations, driving product quality, presentation, and consistency.

  • Develop innovative menus and recipes for brands and customization requests.
  • Conduct regular food quality, safety, and cleanliness audits.
  • Establish efficient kitchen processes and policies.
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and wastage.
  • Optimize kitchen productivity.
  • Oversee culinary segment P&L.
  • Maintain recipe cards.
  • Train and mentor the kitchen team.
  • Ensure workplace safety.

You will possess:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with catering experience preferred.
  • Creative menu creation skills.
  • Foresight on industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Valid food hygiene certificate.
  • Experience with quality standards such as FSMS and ISO is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Design and develop new menus and recipes that meet brand standards and customer preferences.
  • Kitchen Operations: Lead back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency.
  • Team Management: Train, mentor, and manage the kitchen team to achieve high performance and efficiency.
