Job Title: Trade Compliance Professional

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Compliance Specialist to support our organization's compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily trade monitoring to detect irregularities, potential market abuse, or breaches of trading rules.
  • Support investigations into suspicious trading activities and escalate issues where required.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update trade surveillance systems, controls, and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trading compliance or derivatives trading surveillance is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and exchange trading rules.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex trading data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
