Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
\We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This is a contract position for 12 months with a 2-month completion bonus.
\The successful candidate will have experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, scripting languages (Python, Perl), or Microsoft Power BI and be able to perform quantitative analysis and data mining to identify trends and opportunities.
\Key responsibilities include:
\- Designing models to capture predictive signals that help solve business problems\
- Building insights covering who/when/how/why for sales professionals to act upon\
- Interpreting analysis results effectively for sales teams\
- Collaborating with sales to integrate expertise with predictive intelligence\
- Creating client-centric models linking client profiles and behaviors for targeted outreach\
- Developing techniques to validate recommendations through measurable sales lift\
- Influencing senior stakeholders to adopt analytics in the organization\
- Creating and leading a high-performing team to deliver analytics solutions\
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-growing environment
Requirements include a diploma or degree in a relevant field with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a technology organization. Strong critical thinking skills and effective communication skills are also essential.
