Job Title: Leasing/Senior Leasing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing/Senior Leasing Executive to join our team at ROCK PRODUCTIONS PTE LTD. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for driving the leasing and marketing activities of our shopping mall, ensuring the successful acquisition and retention of tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning, including trade/tenant mix review and planning.
  • Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall, through active cold callings, site viewings, and negotiation on new leases and renewals.
  • Prepare and track lease documentation and marketing kits.
  • Operate various systems and tools for tenant sales and lease performance monitoring, rental analysis, and forecasting, management reporting.
  • Process data and sales performances of the mall, conducting market research on new trends.
  • Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
  • Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.
  • Responsible for handling and following up with tenants and vendors on monthly GTO sales via our portal and POS system.
  • Assist in fine-tuning the related lease management systems, such as Lease Management Analytics System and Point of Sales System.
  • Support feasibility studies and formulation of new innovative retail formats and curated concepts.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/sales documents in an orderly manner.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shopping mall leasing.
  • Proven track record in retail leasing with a good network of tenants and contacts.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation and numeracy skills.
  • Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task, and work within tight timelines.
  • Possess a positive disposition, independent, resourceful, and a team player.
