Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading regional ESG reporting, collaborating with the Regional ESG lead to promote commercialization of GoGreen Plus products, and serving as a subject matter expert for ESG.

You will conduct trainings, communicate ESG developments to stakeholders, manage cash flow and reporting, ensure timely and accurate reporting of Loss Performing Marginal Contracts (LPMC), and support regional Real Estate Solutions (RES) management reporting.

Additionally, you will assist in coordinating the CFO's BRM deck, provide ad-hoc support as needed, and support finance and operations projects as required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading regional ESG reporting, including aligning reporting requirements, standardizing processes, cross-functional collaboration, ensuring completeness, forecasting, budgeting, and Crest quality reporting.
  • Collaborating with the Regional ESG lead to promote the commercialization of GoGreen Plus products.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for ESG, conducting trainings, and communicating ESG developments to stakeholders.
  • Managing cash flow and reporting.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Loss Performing Marginal Contracts (LPMC), including automation of reports as needed.
  • Supporting regional Real Estate Solutions (RES) management reporting and overseeing the management of local statutory books for RES deals.
  • Communicating with and training countries as necessary.
  • Assisting in coordinating the CFO's BRM deck and providing ad-hoc support as needed.
  • Supporting finance and operations projects as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sustainability, or equivalent. You should also have at least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A activities and/or system intelligence scope.

A strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Macros), SmartView, and PowerBI is preferred. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical, written, and communication skills, as well as be independent, self-driven, resourceful, and proactive.
