About the Role

  • Provide operational support for local business development team and hotel partners
  • Support the business development team to troubleshoot and investigate issues based on internal and external factors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • 5+ years of OTA or hospitality industry experience
  • Strong communication skills and data analyzing experience, with a proactive approach and ability to make constructive suggestions to business development leaders and teams
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate complex topics
  • Depending on the needs of the local business development team, this position may require long-term expatriates or frequent business trips
