**Company Overview:**

DNC (EDUCATION) PTE. LTD., a leading education institution, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and driving enrolments.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts, develop innovative strategies, and manage marketing activities across all centres. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior marketing roles, excellent organisational and project management skills, and the ability to analyse marketing data and generate insightful reports.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads Generation and Management: Focus on generating high-quality leads via various marketing channels, develop new channels for leads generation, and maintain and regularly update the leads file.
  • Set up Marketing Assets for New Centres: Create and manage Google Business pages and social media pages, develop logo signage, façade stickers, wayfinding, banners, launch outdoor and digital ad campaigns, and ensure centre details are accurately listed in relevant directories.
  • Maintain and Update Social Media Accounts: Establish and maintain social media presence on various platforms, post a minimum of 2 updates per week per centre, collect and share parent testimonials.
  • Marketing Expenditure Management: Secure three quotes from vendors where relevant, track all marketing expenditure, and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet.
  • Event Organisation, Partnerships and Collaborations: Organise and support internal and external events, create and share post-event videos, identify and nurture opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.

**Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline with proven experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a school environment or education industry would be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with fluency in English.

**Estimated Salary:** SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
