Responsibilities:- We champion excellent client experiences by addressing all requests promptly and providing a full range of banking products and services.
- We proactively manage an assigned portfolio, monitor, and accelerate adoption of product offerings and services to deepen relationships and achieve optimum utilization and profitability.
- We perform credit-related work, including counterparty risk assessment, recommending internal risk ratings, and facilitating approval processes for new requests and reviews (annual/periodic/ad hoc).
- We collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies, maintaining key risk indicators.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking & Finance or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Credit Analyst roles, handling Medium Enterprise banking environments, is essential.
- A strong sense of commitment and accountability, coupled with a business-focused mindset, self-motivation to deliver high-quality work, is crucial.
- Energetic, service-oriented, and highly motivated individuals are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with adaptability to change, are necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills are required.
