About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a leadership role in building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients across Mainland, HK, and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth from assigned institutional accounts.
  2. BUILD strong relationships with key client decision-makers and develop deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  4. Promote the company's brand through effective communication with major institutional clients in the region.
  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brokerage industry, including micro and macro-economic factors affecting Asian equity markets.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5-10 years' experience in institutional sales, research, or trading, preferably in the Asian market.
  2. Strong Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
  3. Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and focus on key objectives.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
