FVP, Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team in Group Retail & Channels T&O. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail credit and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
- At least 15 years' experience in banking, consulting, or IT services with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
- Strong project management skills, with experience in scoping, evaluation, and delivery of complex projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Experience working on transformation initiatives within the APAC region related to retail credit decision processes, data analytics, and credit scoring models
