About the Role

The FVP Project Manager will lead teams to deliver projects spanning multiple business units, ensuring timely and effective execution within stage gate controls and UOB project SDM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder and team relationships, including business and technology stakeholders from Cards stream.
  • Engage with Business Change Management (BCM) team for change prioritization, submission, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective executive-level communication and status reporting.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Manage the PFS Cards annual QR budget, ensuring utilization above 90%.
  • Align delivery timelines with business expectations and understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years' experience in credit cards and payment domain.
  • Executive-level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Banking experience with understanding of Cards, Operations, Process, and operating models.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple domains across business, technology, and operations.
  • Effectively manage conflicts and uncertainties.
  • Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent is an advantage.
