Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs and presentation materials to communicate your ideas;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences;
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects;
  • Work closely with the design team to develop construction drawings and tender packages;
  • Ensure projects meet client specifications and stay within scope;
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors;
  • Attend weekly meetings with clients and contractors during project initiation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Architecture & Design;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design;
  • Strong creative skills, excellent color perception, and design documentation capabilities;
  • Outstanding space planning abilities;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and 3D design software;
  • Excellent communication and design presentation skills;
  • A committed, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
