Job Title: Manager, Technology

Overview:

The Role of a Cyber Security and Business Resilience Associate is to provide strategic support to our clients in developing and implementing operational and technology resilience policies, frameworks, and standards. This involves delivering operational and technology resilience reviews, including business continuity management and disaster recovery, to assess the current state and develop a strategic improvement roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Help our clients develop and implement end-to-end resilience/BCM programs from risk assessment to policy/framework development and playbooks.
  • Work with clients to develop and uplift end-to-end resilience/BCM programs from risk assessment to policy/framework development and playbooks.
  • Support training exercises to equip organizations with resilience knowledge.
  • Work with clients on business continuity and crisis management exercises to validate resilience capabilities.

Requirements and Attributes:

  • Final year Engineering, Business, Economics, and Science student from local universities.
  • 0-2 years of experience in operational/technology risk & resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, technology risk, or regulatory compliance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing complex engagements; business development experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of resilience and business continuity best practices and protocols, including MAS Revised BCM Guidelines and international standards (ISO 22301, SS540, EU DORA).
