We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at Compass Group (S) Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Statement of Accounts Reconciliation: The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling Statements of Accounts from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the accounts.
  • Invoice and Claims Processing: They will receive and review invoices for head office or petty cash claims, obtain necessary approvals, and post these transactions in the accounting system.
  • Payments Management: The coordinator will collate AP invoices due for payment, review net payment amounts, and send payment advices to vendors as necessary.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum Diploma in Accountancy or finance related qualifications with more than 2 years working experience in Accounts Payable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work meticulously in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of basic accounting processes, and proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS Excel are essential.
