Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operational Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MOM's rules and regulations on the Marine Shipyard Scheme terms and conditions, including the deductible and non-deductible of RC's workers' salaries.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Familiarizing oneself with the Marine Shipyard Scheme and its requirements, including tracking and ensuring all RC submit necessary documents on a monthly basis for performance checks and balance.
  2. Ensuring all RC adhere to the Marine Shipyard Scheme by monitoring their submissions and providing guidance as needed.
