Senior Portfolio Manager, Transformation Oversight
Job Description:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team in support of transformation portfolio oversight. The role requires an understanding of financial modelling, and is focused on supporting the performance of the portfolio through rigorous cost discipline, detailed financial analysis, and tracking portfolio performance against committed funding and benefits.
The team's objective is to provide oversight in the investment management portfolio, with a focus on investment prioritisation, benefits capture, efficiency, and execution risk. The team works under the guidance of senior leaders and collaborates closely with other business and functional leaders to drive group-wide transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Group-wide Investment Portfolio prioritisation approach
- Providing insights into the health and performance of the portfolio and programmes
- Driving the Group's Investment Portfolio planning process
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong financial modelling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Sound understanding of cost and benefits management
- Ability to work with large data and turn it into actionable insights
