Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Academic Leader and Strategic Director to join our institution. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to drive academic excellence and lead by example.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure the highest standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across their school. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation, driving academic growth and development.
  • Curriculum Development: Oversee regular review and enhancement of programmes to ensure academic quality and industry relevance.
  • Talent Management: Lead and support academic staff, ensuring optimal use of facilities and resources while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
  • Student Experience: Champion student engagement and learning support initiatives to help all students thrive academically.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure academic activities comply with institutional policies and external accreditation requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will have a Master's Degree in a related discipline, at least 10 years' experience in a multi-cultural setting at a higher educational institution or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
