Job Title

This role is focused on developing a cohesive web strategy to engage with our audience and drive business outcomes. We are seeking an experienced professional who can bring expertise in web content development, risk management, and governance.

About the Role
  • We are looking for someone who can lead the creation of engaging web content that inspires action and drives results.
  • You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop new web pages and evolve existing ones to meet their business goals.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Web Content Development
  • Create high-quality web content that meets industry regulations and the bank's policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate reputational risks associated with web content.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and the bank's policies.
Governance
  • Support effective governance by managing user access to the CMS.
  • Document approvals for content and support regular reviews to ensure content remains up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in web content development, risk management, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and the bank's policies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
