High-End Kitchen Team Member

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sous Chefs to prepare and execute menu offerings, including pizzas and pastas from scratch.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and preparation of each food served.
- Organize mise-en-place for kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Perform routine maintenance on kitchen machinery and equipment.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1).
- Understanding of ingredient preparation and storage principles.
- Excellent attitude towards learning; we welcome aspiring chefs with little to no relevant experience in Italian cuisine.
