Key Responsibilities:
The Kitchen Team Member plays a vital role in supporting the culinary team and ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and safely. They are responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting chefs with cooking and plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:
Preparation of Ingredients: Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes and food safety guidelines. Portion and assemble dishes according to established standards. Assist chefs with cooking and plating during service hours.

Maintenance of Kitchen Operations: Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils to prevent cross-contamination and maintain hygiene standards. Sweep and mop floors, dispose of trash, and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area. Ensure food is stored at correct temperatures and labeled properly.

Inventory Management: Receive and store deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and report any shortages to the management team. Rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking of supplies.

Teamwork and Communication: Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate effectively to address issues, share ideas, and adapt to changing priorities during busy hours.

Requirements:
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role (preferred but not required). Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
