Key Roles and Responsibilities

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead the execution of our strategy in Southeast Asia as a senior market leader. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in business development or marketing, with expertise in international markets.

  1. Engage senior stakeholders with customers in-market, regularly reviewing local customer segmentation and prioritisation, to strengthen customer connections and deliver strategic partnerships in line with KPIs and core priorities.
  2. Lead engagement and involvement in all relevant government visits to the market(s), demonstrating the impact of our activities and actively involving ministers and CEO in top-to-top customer engagement to progress business objectives.
  3. Develop and share timely data-based market insights to inform and influence senior management, integrating key research findings in customer presentations and engagement to champion innovation and business development.
  4. Establish industry credentials in-market, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes both trust marks and content development strategies for B2B and B2C campaigns.
  5. Develop integrated activity plans, formally reviewing activities against KPIs and influencing steering groups in the planning process.
  6. Manage team performance and invest in competency development by delegating priorities effectively, setting targets, mentoring, and coaching to deliver results through a high-performing team.
  7. Effectively manage assigned budgets and contribute to internal reporting on deliverables and KPIs, adhering to operating procedures and policies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in business development or marketing, with expertise in international markets.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong verbal and report writing ability, budget management, talent management, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
