Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
• Support product launches by organizing and executing marketing strategies
• Prepare accurate sales quotations using the company's CRM system
• Monitor and track sales performance, reviewing progress against targets
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management
• Assist in the preparation of pre-bid documents and tender submissions
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry
• Strong sales and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional customer service skills with attention to quality
• Able to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets
• Experience with B2B sales, CRM systems, or event planning is a plus
• Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel as needed
