Key Sourcing Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing activities relating to the sourcing of assigned products and services. This includes conducting RFPs, evaluating and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute sourcing activities for assigned products and services.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish global SLAs and metrics for vendor performance and quality management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
  • Support the development of strategic vendor relationships and participate in vendor's initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sourcing and Vendor Management.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in Professional Services and Resource Augmentation categories, preferably in banking and/or financial services industries.

Interested candidates should possess strong negotiation, quality management, and market analysis skills. They should also have experience with IT procurement, vendor management, and procurement contracts.
