Procurement Excellence: Lead Sourcing Activities

\The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will spearhead procurement initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing solutions that meet business needs. Key objectives include developing strategic partnerships with suppliers and driving value for the organization through enhanced supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for strategic sourcing and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Research potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and pricing to ensure optimal value for the organization.
  • Assess and mitigate supply risk in the organization's supply chain to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Establish and manage contracts with suppliers and projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline; Engineering or related field preferred.

  • Experience in global strategic procurement/sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
