Head of Digital Authentication – Wealth Personal Banking

Job Description

HSBC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of digital authentication strategies for Wealth and Personal Banking. As the Head of Digital Authentication, you will be responsible for defining and executing global strategies to enhance digital security and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies for digital identity management and authentication.
  • Manage market compliance against digital identify and authentication policies.
  • Ensure that all digital identity and authentication processes are documented and ready for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure that all practices meet regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in using data, insights, and benchmarking to define and execute global strategies.
  • Proven experience in dealing with C-Suite level executives of global businesses.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale portfolios of change initiatives.
  • Proven experience in working with digital platforms and mobile architecture.
  • Proven experience in managing day-to-day technical and product direction at scale.
  • Experience in agile ways of working and operational value streams.
  • Experience in digital transformation and planning and deploying change initiatives.
Skills and Abilities
  • Well-versed in disciplines of digital product management and related functional areas.
  • Problem solver with ability to understand complex issues and devise clear strategies.
  • Big picture and long-term thinker with ability to detect trends and anticipate potential impact.
  • Culturally sensitive and understanding of global and local customer needs.
  • Customer-centric with ability to balance customer needs and business financials.
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
