Equipment Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

The Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure high equipment availability and reliability with safety and optimum cost.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to comply with safety standards and minimize downtime

Recommend overhaul of equipment to prevent disruption to operations

Provide supervision and guidance to maintenance teams

Ensure troubleshooting, rectification, and reactivation of equipment to avoid delays and downtime

Maintain compliance with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures

Enforce safety policies and good housekeeping practices

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head

Requirements:

Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic

Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic

Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above
