Project Manager - M&E EPC and EPCM Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of M&E EPC and EPCM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical & electrical engineering and cleanroom construction with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget estimates.
  • Ensure effective coordination and management of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Monitor and control project progress, implementing corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met and that costs are controlled.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the M&E EPC/EPCM industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex project challenges and deliver high-quality results.
