Gallery Concierge

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gallery Concierge at Eureka Investment Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in Bukit Timah area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day needs of the Art gallery and its members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.

• Facilitate a positive and welcoming environment at the Gallery
• Greet and assist members, clients, and visitors with inquiries and provide information about Gallery services in a professional manner
• Coordinate daily opening and closing of the gallery
• Process online invoicing, payments, services, and transactions
• Coordinate with the Director of the Gallery events, exhibitions, and private dining
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the gallery
• Act as liaison between clients, artists, and gallery management
• Communicate Clubhouse policies and procedures to clients, members, and visitors
• Manage booking and scheduling of appointments for private dining and events
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client information

• A minimum of associate's degree in hospitality, customer service, F&B, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in a customer service or administrative setting)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software
• Knowledge of art and studio operations is a plus but not required
• Work in service line like F&B, Hotel, Cabin Crew preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
