About the role:

  • To assist in identifying learning needs across the organization;">
  • To curate and create learning opportunities for volunteers;">
  • To design and develop modules for the internal learning hub;">
  • To deliver training initiatives to meet identified skills gaps;">
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of learning sessions and resources;">
  • To provide administrative support for the learning function;">
  • To coordinate learning sessions and events;">
  • To support general resource management duties.">

    • Key Responsibilities: ">

  2. Support the identification of learning needs across the organization;">
  3. Assist with the development of learning materials;">
  4. Design and develop interactive modules for the internal learning hub;">
  5. Deliver training sessions to meet identified skills gaps;">
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning sessions and resources;">
  7. Provide administrative support for the learning function;">
  8. Coordinate learning sessions and events;">
  9. Support general resource management duties.">

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:">
    • ">
    • Excellent oral communication skills;">
    • Strong English writing skills;">
    • Closely attention to detail;">
    • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;">
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;">
    • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models;">
    • A degree or professional training in coaching, learning and development, online learning, and business;">
    • Additional knowledge about climate change or environmental science is preferable.">

Selection Process:

Candidates will be invited to complete a written assessment consisting of three sections: verbal and numerical reasoning, situation judgement test, and in-tray exercise.

Candidates who pass all three sections will be invited to attend a phone screening, first interview, and final interview online.
