Job Title: Senior CRM Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Consultant to join our team at GENEVA COMPUTECK & TRADINGS PTE. LTD. As a Senior CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing CRM projects, facilitating design and architecture sessions, mentoring junior consultants, and acting as an advisor to clients and fellow consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage CRM projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
  • Facilitate design and architecture sessions with clients to define project direction and scope.
  • Mentor junior consultants in business analysis and technical skills.
  • Act as an advisor to clients and fellow consultants, providing strategic insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Assist clients in establishing effective processes where none currently exist.
  • Advise on CRM processes, user interface design, and system architecture best practices.
  • Create comprehensive Functional and Technical Specifications and detailed project scope documents.
  • Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and integrations.
  • Facilitate resources in data migration, user training, and custom development initiatives.
  • Schedule work, supervise tasks, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Maintain a list of risks and issues, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure consistent communication and regular updates to guide projects successfully.
  • Provide training sessions for super users and end users as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in management, business analysis, or as a technical lead.
  • Sound knowledge and/or certification in project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large projects (6-18 months) with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of business processes, challenges, and technology relevant to sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Strong capability to balance short-term demands while maintaining a long-term vision for customer implementations.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in coding and development related to: SQL Integration Services, Factory/Logic Apps, KingswaySoft SQL Reporting Services, Power BI MOSS/SharePoint Services SDK and/or Developer Toolkit
  • Familiarity with programming languages including C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Azure Services and API integration.

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years

Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
