Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team at Centrepoint in Orchard. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet.

Salary: Up to $2500 (Full time)

Location: Centrepoint - Orchard

Working Hours: 44hrs, 5 days with scheduled shifts of 8-9 hours/day

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Prepare the outlet for service by setting up table settings and topping up condiments as needed
  • Handle cashiering duties and perform additional tasks as required
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and attentive to customer needs
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  3. Operate cash handling procedures efficiently and accurately
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience
