Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Lounge Host at AAPC Services Pte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring total satisfaction with their lounge experience.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment within the lounge, adhering to high standards of hospitality.
  • Develop positive relationships with airlines, communicating effectively to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and log flight departures, delays, and updates, keeping guests informed.
  • Manage delay situations efficiently, rebooking flights as needed and advising Customer Journey Managers.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in Concierge/Hospitality/Hotel/Lounge/F&B operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
