Data Analytics Leader Position

Job Title:

A Senior Data Analytics Professional is required to lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions that support strategic decisions and enterprise-wide transformation.

  • Agile Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage Agile product teams, and guide Data Analysts throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment.
  • End-to-End Analytics Development: Work with business stakeholders to define use cases and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions, build data pipelines, develop proof-of-concepts, and implement scalable solutions in production.
  • Enterprise Reporting & Integration: Create custom reports by integrating data from various systems, utilize cloud-native tools for analytics development, and deliver insights via Power BI or integrate with enterprise applications.
  • Platform Enhancement: Work with users, data engineers, and policy teams to enhance the analytics platform and tools, improve reusability, scalability, and user experience across the data ecosystem.
  • Operational Support: Maintain and provide operational support for the enterprise data and analytics infrastructure.
  • Analytics Community & Capability Building: Contribute to a community for knowledge sharing and professional development, mentor peers, promote best practices, and drive adoption of advanced analytics.
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties aligned with departmental and organizational objectives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in developing advanced analytics solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, or R programming languages.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with modern data stack technologies like Snowflake and Databricks.

Analytical & Business Skills:

  • Skilled in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable data solutions.
  • Ability to articulate model outputs and drive solution adoption.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
