Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful transition of business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases. They will be responsible for managing system transitions, appeals, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.

The selected candidate will also oversee the systematic archival of documents from existing systems, maintaining audit readiness and compliance. Additionally, they will handle appeal cases, provide status updates to advisors, and prepare comprehensive reports on case status and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations management, customer service, or appeals handling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex cases
  • Excellent attention to detail and process documentation capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and database management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle sensitive stakeholder interactions
  • Experience in handling confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
