Accounting Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as providing administrative support to the finance team. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including debit and credit notes to customers.
  • Send electronic statements and reminders to customers.
  • Follow up on payments with customers.
  • Update customer information in the system.
  • Process tax invoices and bank charges into the system.
  • Review debtor confirmations and auditor confirmations from customers.
  • Generate sales reports and purchase reports.
  • Assist in audit confirmation letters to customers.
  • Provide midmonth aging reports.
  • Coordinate monthly payments to suppliers.
