Job Title: Senior Telecom Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced senior consultant with a deep understanding of the telecom environment, including BSS & OSS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading transformation programs and driving business value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on best practices and methodologies to create value in an innovative way
  • Leading program planning, design workshops, and documentation from a business and technical perspective
  • Identifying business requirements, developing proposals, and translating customer requirements into formal agreements and plans
  • Finding ways to improve client IT department's functions to support their future goals and creating business architecture models that reflect client goals
  • Taking overall responsibility for solution delivery, working across organizations to achieve end-to-end solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in OSS/BSS for telco or similar
  • Strong technical and business analysis skills, including driving requirements elaboration, problem solving, and long-term goal achievement
  • Good understanding of the domain value chain and appreciation of market and regulatory change agendas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence clients to achieve successful results
  • Strong working knowledge of industry key players and technology standards
