Job Title: Senior Project Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial project costing and tender management efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate project quotations based on client requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary pricing information.
  • Perform cost estimation for tender submissions, including labor, material, and equipment breakdowns.
  • Monitor and submit tenders via the GeBIZ portal.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify project scopes, follow up on quotations, and provide timely support.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (costing) and Word (documentation).
  • Strong costing and estimation skills.
  • Able to interpret construction drawings, site layouts, and utility maps.
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ, tender processes, or quotation packaging is an advantage.
